Document Suppression by Condition

 

This feature allows firms with MaxConditions to suppress documents by condition.

From Master Documents or Documents, select the document to add suppression and click the button to display the document properties screen.

Select the tab.

Check the box to get the Disallow settings.

Set the Suppression methods you would like to use, then click the to enter the Condition Editor to set any other conditions to disallow this document from being manually printed. See Condition Editor for information on how to enter Conditions.

Once all settings are set, click the button to save these settings.
